Process of rear axle regeneration

In order to do such process, specialized tools is needed as well as years of experience and knowledge of French vehicles. The whole process is divided into 9 stages.

1) Dismantling of swinging arms
Dismantling the swinging arms from the rear axle base is done by specialized hydraulic pullers.
2) Removing the rear axle base (center part)
Special hydraulic table pulls out pins.
3) Sandblasting
We clean all parts from rust with sandblasting.
4) Trailing arm regeneration
We regenerate trailing arm first and then check geometry.
5) Painting
Painting helps prevent corrosion of parts
6) Bearing assembly
The bearings will be mounted with a special press, without hitting.
7) Assembly of the axle base
Hydraulic press fitting prevents deformation of the beams
8) Checking the axle base (central part)
The geometry of the beam base is checked
9) Mounting of torsion bars
In the final phase, torsion bars are mounted.
